Ingredient List:

  • Frozen Fruit
  • Banana
  • Berries- strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • Granola
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Peanut Butter or Nut Butter

To a blender, add frozen fruit and a smidge of water. Blend just long enough to puree the fruit. The mixture should be thick. Build your Bowl : add blended fruit to the bottom of a bowl as the base. Layer the top with pretty rows of sliced banana, berries, granola, coconut and a spoon full of peanut butter. Chia seeds, flax seeds, choc chips, and honey make good garnishes too!
