Pesto Chicken Cauliflower Pizza Recipe
- Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- Parmesan Cheese, finely grated.
- Seersucker Chicken
- All Day Everyday Arugula
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Halve the tomatoes. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil and season with bagel seasoning. Place tomatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes. While the tomatoes are roasting, brush the cauliflower pizza crust with olive oil and place directly on the oven rack for about 5 minutes shy of the package directions. Gently remove the crust from the oven. Careful: She’s fragile!! Spread a layer of pesto onto the crust. Top with chicken, roasted tomatoes, and parm. Put pizza back in the oven long enough to melt the cheese. This pairs beautifully with All Day Everyday Arugula either on top of on the side. BON APPETIT!
