Effortless Hair Care: My Everyday Routine for Strong, Healthy Hair

Remember THIS GAL??  I know I know team Short Hair…I miss her too, but let’s focus on the present and not dwell on the past (ps:  she’ll resurface one of these days) and chat my current hair care routine.  Since growing out my hair, I’ve found it’s important to find the right products to showcase its bounce and shine and I T H I N K I’ve found a winning combo.  Truth be told, I consider my routine fairly minimal compared to others but it gets the job done and I like the less is more hair approach.  So first things first, and yes…I realize I’m a bit of a broken record but when you know you know—and I KNOW Nutrafol has been a game changer when it comes to my hair’s health, fullness, and length.  If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard “You’re hair has gotten so long,” and I have to give credit where credit is due….to Nutrafol

Next up, and this duo came out of nowhere, but is proving to be the power couple in regards to my  hair….the Loreal Anti Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner….holy smokes it is SO GOOD, y’all think so too (it’s one of my #1 sellers on Amazon) and you can’t beat that $18 price tag.  While I was visiting my bff in Florida, her teen daughter slid this into my bathroom and after one use I was blown away.  Because of this duo, I’m able to air dry my hair with minimal frizz and kink.  Which leads me to my next two products after washing my hair….this Heat Protectant and Anti Frizz Spray—use them both, love them both, 10 outta 10–I’ll spray my freshly washed locks and let my hair air dry.  Depending on the style I’m going for, I’ll use the Dyson Air Wrap for a more bouncy look (pictured in these photos) or the L’ange Brush for a straighter sleeker style.  After styling, i’ll finish the ends with this Hair Oil and L I G H T L Y pat my flyaways…..don’t want an oily root afterall!  It’s a simple routine, but it’s one I’ve stuck with and my hair seems to appreciate the approach.
