We will get to the giveaway in just a moment...first the rig.  I must give credit where credit is due.  Kimberly from Penny Pincher Fashion never fails to impress.  A natural beauty, Kimberly's take on trends will always be classic & spot on, but never break the bank.  It was this LOOK that had me inspired by both the palette & the price tag.  My Blouse & Jeans are from Target and therefore, you know the price is right.  Just another lesson, gang, in finding inspiration everywhere and knowing that style need not be sacrificed because of price!
