No Bake Protein Cookies with Peanut and ButterScotch

Ingredients Needed for these No Bake Protein Cookies
1 Bag Butterscotch Chips
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 cups Peanuts
Vanilla Protein Powder
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips. Add peanut butter and stir to combine. Add peanuts and a scoop of protein powder and give it another good stir. Drop large dollops onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper. Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes.
