A staple in many #thatbowllife recipes, this Seersucker Quick Baked Chicken recipe has quickly become one of my favorite (and easiest) proteins. And while many of you have cooked this a zillion times alongside me, I've received many questions about how to make it...so here you have it my friends....it ain't earth shattering by any stretch, but it damn sure is tasty!

Quick Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts, Cutlets, or Tenderloins (take your pick)

Weber Grill Kickin' Chicken Seasoning

Everything But the Bagel (Trader Joe's is my fave, but Costco is great, too)

Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Olive or Avocado Oil

Panko (gluten free) Breadcrumbs

Steps:

This couldn't be simpler if we tried. Preheat oven to 425. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or tinfoil (no clean up). Make a "breading" mixture of Kicken Chicken (more if you like extra spicy), EBTB, and Parm. Drizzle chicken with oil. Then coat each side of your chicken HEAVILY with your mixture....the more the better as it gives it a breading/crispy texture. Lay flat on your lined sheet and bake chicken (google time according to weight, my cutlets typically cook in 18 mins). You can also toss these in a frying pan and cook with Avocado or EVOO....the key to double sided crispiness--FLIP CHICKEN AT THE MIDWAY POINT!! E N J O Y!
