Loafer Love
Whether your style leans more towards sporty, preppy, classic, or trendy — loafers are ALWAYS a good idea. I love their versatility as you can wear them year round. Pair them with a dress in the hotter months, or throw on a pair of crew socks to keep those ankles warm during the winter chill…not to mention, some even come with sherpa or fur lining, making them the perfect shoe for any occasion. While some may think loafers feel a bit too buttoned up, I am here to show a few ways to style these beloved shoes for a more relaxed, effortless, and everyday look!
First, is there anything more classic than a crisp white shirt, your fave pair of denim, and a good loafer? While this look feels a bit more buttoned up, it is effortlessly chic and a go to look when I want to feel put together with minimal effort. Here is the breakdown:
Shirt — Target button down…$25 bucks FTW
Denim — Agolde 90s Pinch…a love story
Loafers — GH Bass…giving total 50s vibes and loving every inch of em
Backpack — this beauty is from Bagging Rights
Want a more casual look? Toss on your favorite ball cap to instantly tone the look down while still looking intentionally chic. For a more cropped pair of denim, I threw on a pair of crew socks and paired them with a bright loafer for a statement.
