My Current Workout Routine

Recently I’ve been getting quite a few questions regarding my current workout routine and to be honest, I could chat all things fitness ad nauseam. I’ll spare you the word vomit and keep it short and sweet. I’m doing 3-4 FASTer Way strength workouts/week coupled with 2-3 Solidcore workouts/week…and then I’ll ice the cake with 10,000+ steps. And if I’m being honest, I feel quite confident they, along with the FASTer Way nutrition cycle, are the sweet spot for me. My goal for 2025 is increasing my lean muscle mass….blame it on my 46 years of age, or maybe my love of feeling strong, but I am determined to add muscle mass to my frame and these 30-40 mins strength training workouts have me well on my way to hitting my goals. They’re efficient, effective, and convenient—minimal equipment required—I’ve outfitted my basement with THESE FITNESS ITEMS. As promised, sharing the 3 strength workouts I did this week below (I did the full body twice)…..you’ll have to let me know what you think!! Oh and if you’re unsure what a move is, a quick google search will provide video examples!
