Consistency is Key with the FASTer Way

The magic is in the consistency.  I mean after all, I could rattle off a handful of Consistency Catch phrases such as 

“Consistency Is Key.”  Or how about……“Success is built on the daily habits.” 

Maybe you prefer,  “Your future self will thank you.” 

Or “Wins come from What you do Daily.” 

And then there’s FASTer Way’s favorite saying…Progress, not perfection…..just consistency.  

No matter your mantra, there’s some mega pearls of wisdom in these sentiments—especially as it pertains to your health and wellness goals.  

Something I remind my FASTer Way clients, is to put YOUR OXYGEN MASK ON FIRST.  I choose to show up for myself so I can best serve my family, friends, and Y O U in the most optimal way.  Personally, working out is a non negotiable for me….it’s my therapy, it’s my challenge, it’s essentially a little love letter to my body.  I don’t view it as a chore but rather as a blessing I’m able to move and strengthen my body.  Because as the aforementioned quote says, “My future self will thank me.”  Longevity is the name of the game and I want to be an active and vivacious Grandmother, Mother, and Wife to my crew as I age.  

Since becoming a FASTer Way coach  last May, not only has it been rewarding achieving my own goals, it has been profoundly rewarding witnessing my clients succeed and achieve their personal goals……there’s no greater joy seeing my clients feel empowered, strong, liberated, and like THEMSELVES again.  During our 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to macro track (personal goals will be set for you), carb cycle, implement strategic 30 mins workouts,  DEVOUR Whole Foods, and intermittent fast (ps:  that could look like your first meal at noon and your dinner at 8 OR it could even look like breakfast at 8 and your dinner at 8…we will customize your feeding window to fit YOUR NEEDS).  I’ve been a client of the FASTer Way since October of 2016 and if that’s not a testimony in and of itself, hell I need to get a new gig ; )
