Who says the pantry can't be a little happy space? If the kitchen is the heart of the home, then its counterparts… the pantry… is equally as important. Kinda like my closet, if I know what’s in there and can see its contents, I’m more compelled and excited to cook creatively (create outfits, not shop). Spent the first couple weeks of the New Year purging, organizing, and shifting the crib…. I must say, this little space is just as functional as she is pretty… I was just chatting with Johnny last night that I think we’re gonna slap some (colorful) paint on her…..stay tuned! I learned from the best (pro organizer KEEP IT NEAT INDY) to take EVERYTHING OUT, group like with like, consolidate, check expiration dates, don’t forget meds, Color coordinate where applicable, tape instructions when needed under lids, label where you can, and get as much as you can OFF THE FLOOR.
