Chia Mason Jar on the Go
The easiest and cutest on-the-go snack!!
Chai Mason Jar Ingredient List:
Almond Milk
Chia Seeds
Honey
Bananas
Pineapple
Strawberries
Blueberries
Granola
Shredded Coconut
Dried Mango Slices (optional)
The Night Before
In a large bowl, stir together 2 cups almond milk, 1 cup chia seeds, and a squeeze of honey. Put the mixture in a mason jar, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. It will have thickened to a pudding consistency.
At The Table
Toss pudding into a bowl. Layer chopped fresh fruit, granola, and shredded coconut on top of the pudding. Spruce it up with some dried fruit if you prefer!
Headed Out
Keep chia pudding in the mason jar. Layer chopped fresh fruit, granola, and shredded coconut on top of the pudding. Ready, Set. Goodness on-the-go!!
